“Come,
everyone who thirsts, come to the waters;”
Isaiah
55:1
There
is absolutely no need that cannot be met by coming to God. But know that what you think you need may not
be what God has planned. Trust in His wisdom and provision in your life. He knows your needs better than you do. He
sees your heart. He loves you
unconditionally and though He does not take pleasure in seeing His children
suffer, He knows the best pathway for our greater good and His Glory.
He
wants us to come to Him. He wants us to
rest in His arms and draw our strength, hope, and joy from Him and His presence
in our lives.
It
doesn’t matter where you have been, what you have done, or how you feel…just come.
Come
to me, all who labor and are heavy laden,
and I will give you rest.
and I will give you rest.
Matthew
11:28

Softly and tenderly Jesus is calling, Calling for you and for me;
See, on the portals He’s waiting and watching,
Watching for you and for me.
Come home, come home,
You who are weary, come home;
Earnestly, tenderly, Jesus is calling,
Calling, O sinner, come home!

Come and be
Becki J Buescher
Those who are broken and in pain
Come and be healed
Those who are empty and yearning
Come and be filled
If you are anxious and afraid
When you are weary and weak
Come and be still
Come to the water
Lay your burdens down
For your Savior bids you
Come, come and be found
When you are grieving and undone
Come and be loved
When you feel worthless and alone
Come and be known
If you feel guilty and ashamed
Come be redeemed
If you have wandered far away
Come and be home
